Yasemin & Samuel: A Baja Luna Destination Wedding

Yasemin and Samuel got married at Baja Luna, a boutique wedding venue in San José del Cabo, Mexico. The couple, now based in Los Angeles after years in London and Switzerland, planned an intimate destination wedding for 30 guests, built around fashion, music, and travel — the things that shape their everyday life. They chose Baja Luna for its architecture and its Baja character: a working mango farm in the San Bernabé area, where desert landscape meets tropical gardens. The celebration ran over a full weekend. A string quartet played during the ceremony, guests spent a day out on the water, and a brunch highlighted local flavor. The venue's gardens, poolside terrace, and open-air chapel, designed around the shape of the moon, gave each part of the wedding its own setting.

Fashion was part of every choice. Samuel wore a tailored suit by Our Legacy for a modern black-tie look. Yasemin wore a fluid gown by Cinq Bridal, chosen to move well in the Baja light. Both changed outfits for the night portion of the wedding, switching to something more relaxed for the party. Personal touches ran through the day: handwritten letters for each guest, a bar named "Marlene & Pam's" after their grandmothers, family videos played during the reception, and speeches that brought the room together. It all came together as a fashion-forward, deeply personal celebration at one of Mexico's most distinctive wedding venues.
